Jesús Miguel Arlés and Fernando Mallenco, two restless professionals from the sector, decided to join their ways in 2000 to realize a project; this little Aragonese bistro that, along with his excited team, have achieved a perfect balance with a warm welcome, a professional service and a varied cuisine offer.

Our cuisine is a compendium of old traditional recipes and current and market cuisine. A place to enjoy fine dining; from early in the morning, with an attractive bar full of skewers, tapas and portions, which can combine at lunch and dinner time with menu servings and daily tips, allowing thus make a meal where tasting a large variety of dishes, making the occasion more attractive and inviting.
